NEW IN 2009! DABBLER GROUPS!
“Dabbler Groups” are designed to offer opportunities to women of any age to try out or “dabble” in a variety of interest areas. They offer a low-stress learning environment in which someone who has developed a gift or skill in a particular area shares with those who want to learn something new.
Several Dabbler Groups will be introduced over the next few months. Dates and times will vary based on the leaders’ availability. Costs will be held to a minimum, customarily only the cost of supplies if any are involved.
The Custom Jewelry Making Dabbler Group meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. Yvonne Clark has been making custom jewelry pieces for several years and is sharing her expertise with the group in this fun setting. The group meets at The Woman’s Discovery Center, 1413A Market Place Drive. Cost will vary, depending on the item to be made each month. Email info@thewomansdiscoverycenter.org or call 870-933-9939 to sign up or just show up on the fourth Tuesday at 6 pm.
Stop by to visit; have a cup of coffee or tea and some good conversation; take a break with us in your busy day in our warm, inviting space.
