Blessing Bowls

Three women of varying ages and backgrounds shared their personal journey of how hope has been restored in each of their lives.  Following their inspiring stories, the 55 participants painted their own blessing bowls.

The Woman’s Discovery Center partnered for this event with the Foundation of the Arts.  The Foundation provided brushes and paints while The Woman’s Discovery Center provided all the bowls.

Each participant painted and took home a blessing bowl for keeping messages of hope and personal notes of blessing.

Women of all ages attended with their mothers, daughters, granddaughters, sisters, aunts, friends – any woman with whom they wanted to share blessings of hope. 

This event was both a fun and meaningful experience for the intergenerational gathering.
